I don't know about you guys, but this time of year I start hearing all kinds of different people asking me, "What do you want for Christmas?" and the problem is, I usually don't have a clue. I have plenty of stuff. Sure I can think of one or two things I'd like here and there. (Like Greg's VRT DVD and John's Push-Up Book :) ) But when I get parents and grandparents and in-laws and brother and sisters all asking "What do you want for Christmas?" I usually just end up with a blank stare.

And of course I can't say, "I don't want anything." Even though I mean it, people don't believe me. In all honesty, I have several of my family members that I really wish wouldn't buy me anything. I'd be happier if they spent the money on themselves because they need it more than I. But they're all loving people and won't do that. So what to do? What to do?

I guess I'll go over to Amazon.com and look under the $25 or less category and see if I can come up with a few ideas.

Ponderingly,
-Joe :knife:

For me, this is more difficult than giving gifts, because I am fortunate enough to be able to buy whatever I need myself. So I would rather others not get me gifts.

I collect LED flashlights, and every year I give everyone in my extended family the flashlight that I have found to be the best one to come out during the past year. In my experience, you can never have too many flashlights. :skywalker:

My Nephew's call me Uncle Flashlight.:rotfl:

All I want is my last years portfolio's value? Forget return on pricipal, ask for return of principal.

Gruntbrain, Welcome to the club. At least I haven't lost as much percentage wise as Warren Buffett.
