DON'T THINK PINK!!!
Now what are you thinking of? I said, "Don't think pink!" So why are you thinking pink???
Whenever you're visualizing it's important to understand how the mind work and it works through positive images, not negative. If you constantly tell yourself, "I can't miss my workout," what you're really doing is reinforcing the image of missing your workout. If you think, "I can't have chocolate cake," what you're really doing is dwelling on chocolate cake!
Don't think and visualize in negatives ("I don't want to be fat") always think is positives ("I'm gaining muscle tone"). Actually that one brings up an interesting point. Be careful with words you use to talk to yourself. You don't want to "lose" fat, because losing has a negative connotation. You want to GAIN, not lose. By shedding that weight, what do you want to gain? Focus on that gain and not on the loss.
Always use affirmative words and phrases when you talk to yourself, never negative because the human mind does not work in negatives.
"I'm going to workout tonight at 9:00" rather than "I can't miss another workout."
"I'm going to eat an apple. I love apples." rather than "I can't eat apple pie."
"I'm going to work on my flexibility" rather than "I can't touch my toes."
