Hey guys, if there's once peice of advice I wish people would take away in reguards to physical transformation, it's to document your progress with pictures. Sure, over time you're going to see the scale drop and your cloths fit better, but there's nothing better than going back and looking at where you were vs. where you are.

Here are two pictures of me that are about two years appart. The back is not a bodypart you see overnight changes in, so it's nice to see thing take shape :wink:

Your rear delts & entire back have changed dramatically.

I want to dance, I want to sing, I want to party!!! Well, not exactly, but I LOVE to see results like that. GO JOE! And here is the best part - it was done over a two year period. That is not a quick fix with steroids or a crash routine, but consistant effort over time. Those are the results that LAST. By the way, Lori was impressed as well.

Hey Joe,

I could not be more impressed. Incredible is an understatement. I showed your photos to Denise and she, "Honey, with the hair and everything is he trying to be the next Jock Mahoney?" And just in case you don't get it Joe, that is a huge compliment because Denise knows that my all time favorite Tarzan was Jock Mahoney.And YES, that is the kind of lithe, hard muscularity that Jock Mahoney had.

Nah, I think 30-45 minutes of exercise and a sensable diet is too difficult to keep up with. I'm just going to switch to a crash diet amd two hours of exercise in a gym that costs me $80 a month. :sarcastic:

Seriously, how can you see my pic, know I've been consistent for over two years and then say, "Do you think you can stick with this?"??? :silly:

The point, my dear Donna, is that there's no need to find a program that "works for you." The point is, Transformetrics works. It doesn't work for some but not for others, it doesn't work if you can afford the equipment, it doesn't work if you're young enough to recover from the workouts. It doesn't work as long as you haven't already busted up your joints. It works no matter who you are or where you're at in life.

It's the ULTIMATE training system, you can be young or old, rich or poor, healthy or sickly. You can be fat or skinny. You can have a lot of space or a 10'x10' room. It's not a system you need to work your life around, you don't need to change your lifestyle or completely re-orientate your life. You don't have to have hours a day.

The biggest complaint I always hear about Transformetrics is that it isn't structured enough and there's just too much information. Well, you do need to learn how to work it into your lifestyle. You need to learn what works for you and what does not. It takes time, it's not a quick fix and it's not short lived results. But when you get it, you get it.

It's more than just a set of exercise routines to fallow day in and day out. When you figure out that John Peterson is a teacher and not a trainer, that you're a student and not a trainee, then you'll start to figure it out. And then you won't look back.

Yep Joe is the man! Your hard work, diet and exercise following Transformetrics paid off.

I think the ancient Romans, Greeks, Persians and Chinese were all following a similar road to transformetrics. John had great knowledge from his Grandpa and Uncle Wally, his Dad and Uncles and they passed on the Atlas System, he imporoved on it. This is the system warriors have always followed more or less.

Joe what part do you think sarcastic jokes between you, tom, me and everyone else played? At least you are having fun to.

Hey Friends,

I got the message about the need for specific guidelines and so I presented them in my first of it's type course "G.U.T.S." There I gave a very detailed outline of sets and repetitions and will be doing exactly the same thing in every course from here on forward. Nonetheless, I will always make it clear that they are guidelines only and not carved in stone.

From my perspective, adaptation and modification are critically important to every training routine. To present 'by the numbers', or 'one size fits all' training routines will only serve to make people dependent on someone else's opinions, guidelines, and ideas rather than to rely on their own intuition and their own inner knowing. Guidelines are great, even essential at the beginning but after a person becomes well versed with our methods they must modify and adapt to best suit themselves.

Wow Joe, that is some impressive change. You are a fine example of someone who dives into a given matter head-first, puts in a good deal of hard work, and reaps (is this the correct spelling for 'collecting'?) the benefits. Keep up the good work my friend.

Hi Joe,

I wanted you to know that your back pose picture inspired me to exhibit a back shot avatar for awhile as well. One of the many ways people try to dismiss Transformetrics is to say that this type of training only builds the chest, shoulders and triceps. That somehow, by doing workouts that use pushups as the cornerstone, you don't strengthen the back, and or the legs, and you are weak in some areas. Pushups are a part of what we do and are preeminent, but they aren't the only thing. This is total body fitness and strengthening.
