Curious, in the GUTS nutrition plan it shows poached eggs in list 1. What is the difference in poached and other ways to cook nutritionally? I poached 2 and put over whole wheat toast this am, it was good, but I wondered why it was in list 1 and whole eggs were in list 3?

Thanks, by the way GUTS is great, I plan to put up some pics and measurments soon!

I assume the difference would be no oil versus oil in the cooking.

You nailed it Tom. With Poached eggs there are no added calories.

Fertilised eggs are best in the morning because the fertilisation process creates a calorific deficit.
