Hey Friends,

I received an e-mail from a man wondering if it is possible to achieve a high level development of the 'flexor' (pulling)muscles of the body without incorporating "Pull-Ups" or "Chin-Ups" and the answer is absolutely. Charles Atlas had many exercises that developed the 'pulling' muscles very well from multiple angles. In Hard as Nails I feature each of those exercises as well as many others that accomplish the goal of full and synergistic development of the flexor muscles.

Lighten up Guys."Hard As Nails" has grown since inception to well over two hundred pages and is by far my most comprehensive. It's in the design and review stages right now and I am seriously considering put out the world's best totally customized Push-Up program first that could be completed now in world record time. Hard AS NAILS has taken this long because it is by far the most comprehensive book of it's type. It represents the best that I can do.

P.S. I will announce when my designer and editor have handed the final product back to me fro review. It won't be long now so if you want further information e-mail privately and not on the open forum.

I have recently started the original Atlas course, and I can testify to how well your back is worked, even during the lessons not specifically devoted to the back!
Mr Atlas really knew his stuff.
