I wrote earlier that I had been in pain due to several factors like changing shoes and intentionally changing my foot strike while running. I have been stretching, icing, massaging and resting. I still had the pain, until this week. I started taking a whole food supplement this week and no kidding, two days later my foot is almost completely pain free. The only thing that I have done differently is take the supplement. I then read packaging and it stated that one of the benefits of taking the phytonutrients was to reduce inflamation. I ran this morning, relatively pain free. The pain came mostly from the wind chill that was stinging my face. :skywalker:

That's great news.

The only thing that I have done differently is take the supplement.
Don't leave us hanging...what supplement are you taking?

Be sure to look at this thread for some good advice: any suggestions for plantar fasciatis? (http://www.transformetrics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=181)

I didn't want to take the liberty of advertising another product here. It's one that my wife purchased through her chiropractor. It comes in a powder form that you mix with water first thing in the morning and it contains 10 servings of fruit and vegetables.

Thanks Doc Al. I remember seeing that thread. I need to seriously implement some of the strategies. It's been better lately, but then I woke up this morning and could barely walk with my right foot. I was on my feet raking leaves and doing yard work yesterday, but nothing too extreme.
