Hi Greg,

I read in another part of the forum you were volunteering to do a VRT class at a community center. I believe this is a great idea on several fronts. If you don't mind sharing, how are you setting this up?

Greg and Greg,

VRT classes sounds like a great idea – hope that you will keep us posted / up dated on how it goes. I’ve found that Community College, churches, and volunteer groups are great places for classes.

Yeah this sounds like a great idea and just the first of many classes to come. Truly VRT Rocks.

Hi Greg, have not been around for this past weekend. This will be at a Community Center in the county that I live in, situated a few miles from my home. This community center sponsors the Boys and Girls Clubs, and offers various classes to adults and teens from Karate to Oil Painting for people in the community. For a fee, being a resident or non-resident, one can join various classes, and I will be teaching VRT classes to groups of people two nights per week.

This virtual stuff really works. It makes my muscles tired like I was lifting my dumbbells doing flies.

Absolutely, Mark. When I initially happened upon this system, and then got so excited I had to name it and write a course about it, I said the same thing: "This really works!"

'Course, back in those days, no one was using the word "virtual," because it predated modern computerized programs. The rock-solid pump is what I noticed, and although I had been using the Bullworker on a daily basis, nothing compared to the mega-pump I received from doing what you did, VRT dumbbell curls. Wow! Glad you posted, my man.

Great stuff Greg. It's nice that you are getting the word out in person on this type of training. A lot of people are never exposed to non aparatus type trainng except in phy ed in elemetary school anymore. It's a real viable alternative to weights that doesn't cost anything and doesn't have the injury risk of weights.

I'm one state to the left of you, but if I lived nearby, I'd check it out.
