I started GUTS on 4 Jan, so this is my progress at 6 weeks:
First workout - 4 Jan

Modest gains, but I'm very happy with the way I look and feel. My disclaimer is that I only averaged 4 workouts per week. Checking progress with the tape motivates me to push harder for the next 6 weeks. On a side note, I usually wake up a few times during each night with back pain due to degenerative disk disease. Lately, however, I have slept through the night soundly. I would guess the increase in core strength and the loss of belly fat have contributed. Proof that GUTS produces a better life through a healthy strong body.
