I went to the emegency room today with cramps in my lower back and stomach so I got some tests done and found that i'm ok but not out of the woods yet, If I get through the night without painful cramps worse then earlier then i'll be in great shape but if they come back I need to go to the emergency. Lets pray this doesn't happen as my appendix can rupture. I need you guys on this. Lets hope I get back into better shape.

Prayers are all well and good, but you need to find out why you are having these cramps. I doubt the doctors will be able to tell you anything as they mainly deal with the symptoms and not the causes. Having your appendix out is something you really want to avoid at all costs.
You are far to young to be having these kinds of symptoms. I would take a close look at your diet. If you are eating the SAD (Standard American Diet), then you will eventually get all the acute and chronic illnesses everyone else gets. I am curious to know what you ate the previous 24 to 48 hours?
To be well, you must remove the causes.

Thank you all for the prayers and the comments......Heres the current update:
According to the doc he says i'm looking far healthier and better then yesterday and was surprised how I made it through the night without the heavier cramps and aches in the areas I have mentioned. I do however have an ear infection but unlike yesterday its gotten far better. I need to take some ear drops so it can ease the infection. I do feel much better today but I still need to take it easy, I will do more deep breathing and visualizing great health and my workout will have to be at ease so light training is key at this point. Although i'm doing better i'm still not in the clear yet as to having another test done to get rid of the infection inside my stomach around my appendix. This is gonna be a bit of a rough week for me as to not knowing what might happen but I'am going to work and do the best I can, told my boss the whole thing so he knows. When this is all over i'am going to make sure this never happens again and this means more specific training, eating better foods and drinking more and more water.
I didn't see this post until now and I'm glad to hear you're making progress. That's good news for the doctors as well as I don't think they have a surgical instrument that could get through your granite-like muscles

Benny,
Ear infection eh!
How much diary do you eat? Cow's milk and all the products made from it like cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc.? Dairy products are the prime cause of ear infections in children. I quit drinking milk cold turkey in 1987 after reading an article about how mucous forming it is and all the health problems it causes. The pain in my right ear and my sinus congestion cleared up in a few days. And because dairy products are very difficult for humans to digest, it sits in the stomach for hours, fermenting and causing much distress.
And don't forget the huge amount of fat and cholesterol.

I'm 24 years old so I wouldn't call myself a child lol. I dont have all that much dairy in the day, i do drink milk but not drink a gallon a day more like in 3 days if that. My eating habits are getting better as of late eating more fruits and veggies. I'm cutting down starch such as potatoes and bread, not cutting completely just off and on. I feel other then this i'm pretty strong both in and out and I know I'm in good health cause prior to these I get over a cold or something very fast and i take care of my immune system.

Benny,
I wasn't referring to you as a child.
Like I said before, something is causing your problems, most likely diet related and you need to figure out what it is before it manifests itself into more serious problems. Cut back on the dairy and refined carbs/starches and you'll have a good start. Learn about proper food combining which will help with digestion issues.
Cheers

Hey Benny,
My prayers are with you. But I think you should at least consider what Jpfergus is saying. One other thing to consider is that I have a friend who came down with the same symptoms that you have mentioned and it ultimately turned out to be pesticide that had not been completely removed from what was sold to him as 'Organic pre-made salad". Be careful my friend.

John,
I do consider what Jpfergus is saying. I've been doing what the doc told me and its helping. I'm doing DVRs & VRTs for the time being since I haven't tried Power Cals yet and will try tomorrowwith a light workout. Eventually if the results from the tests are good then I should be back into shape in no time but for now i'm taking it easy and drink far more water then anything else. I'm eating more fruits and veggies and less bread and starch
