Thank-you for telling our Karate class about this website, I'm a brand new member.

I have a quick question: What would you recommend from the list of training products & educational material from this site?

I'm trying to get back into shape after many years of being out of the routine of exercising. Being middle aged makes it a challenge, but I'm willing to work hard and work consistently and also hopefully smart.

Trying to build strength & endurance while maintaining muscle flexibility for Karate class has always been my challenge. I've injured myself because tight muscles don't want to stretch.

Thanks for joining the forum. The best answer for this one would be for you to go to John Peterson"s forum and ask the same question. He has an excellent series of programs and concepts that I would highly recommend. He truly is a Master in his field of strength, flexiblity and fitness.
