Day One:

50 Atlas II pushups
75 Tiger bend squats
50 reps MIlo
20 minutes of uphill walking

Planning on adding to it each day and doing more gradually, building up to GUTS.

Very strict on my eating today. Ate 2 eggs for breakfast, a 6in sub with chicken breast only, and a grilled chicken salad for supper. Small bowl of blueberry, oats, and flax seed cereal for late night snack.

Planning on adding supplements to diet, including Chisel.

Day two:

EXERCISE:
80 Liederman pushups in sets of 20, alternated each set with
6x12 door frame rows. Got a good pump in my lats.

Tried to do some dips, but with this belly I've built (Joe has seen the before pics, unfortunately), I could only do three. Very embarrassing. I can't believe how bad my physical shape has gotten in the last six months.

Alternated one-tenth of a mile walking and one-tenth of a mile sprinting up to one mile (REALLY hard with this belly I've built up off the cooking of church members and fast food)

Planning on adding to my workouts a little bit each day.

EATING:
Was in a huge hurry this morning, had to get the girls to kindergarten, so I went through McD's drive through for an egg mcmuffin. Not my first choice, but it was ok.

Lunch - Had a sub sandwich today - six in. wheat bread chicken breast with lettuce and tomato for lunch.

Supper - Had a grilled chicken salad for supper again, this time with ranch dressing.

Did not drink all my water today.

Small bowl of blueberry, oats, and flax seed cereal for late night snack.

Still planning on adding supplements to diet, including Chisel.

Day Three:

Crazy work day. Then had homework and activities with my girls till bedtime. No workout today. I'm a bit sore anyway. I'll redouble my efforts tomorrow.

My diet today was identical to yesterday, except for breakfast - steel cut oats.. Salads are already starting to get old.

Added supplements to my diet today. Did not, once again, drink all my water. I hate the taste of the stuff. Any great suggestions on flavoring it naturally? (Does anybody read these or is it just for me to keep track?)

Today I didn't have time to exercise. Full work day, baptism, and wedding all in one day.

Plus I didn't eat too well.

Back on track tomorrow.

Today I got back on track.

80 Liederman pushups, in sets of 4x20

80 reps of back exercise BA-1 in PYTP. 4x20

Ran one mile today. Looking to build up slowly.

Ate 3 boiled eggs for breakfast, grilled chicken salad with fruit & small bowl of chili for lunch, another wedding reception for supper - pork roast, tuna sandwich on croissant.

Cheated and had 3 oreos.

Continuing to eat well and exercise sparsely. I'll see if I can reverse the trend as the week goes on.

I've currently built up to the following workout:

25 Leiderman Pushups
25 Deep Knee Bend Squats
25 Calf raises
25 Reverse Atlas Leg Raises
25 reps BA-1, PYTP.

I do all these in a circuit, one immediately after the other, as fast as I can. Then I do it all over again. 20 times through the circuit. End up with 500 reps of each exercise. Funny thing, the pushups are by far the most taxing to my cardiovascular system for some reason. Would've expected that from the squats.

Running one mile in addition to above workout.

Haven't been eating well, though.
