One of the reasons that I was attracted to this type of training was the low start up cost. For the price of a book or two, I've been able to stay in great shape. I was thinking about all of the money that I could potentially be spending: gym membership, freeweights, or some sort of machine, lots of workout clothes, the cost of driving to the gym. There are also the costs of not staying healthy, which could potentially include medical bills due to lack of good health.

There are probably many other costs that I have not mentioned. My point is Transformetrics will save me an enormous amount of money over my lifetime. I am grateful to find an exercise program that enables me to not cost a fortune and allows me the freedom to spend more time with my family.

Sting and Mike,

I couldn't agree more. Even though I've always been Spartan in my use of equipment, therre was always another device or gadget I wanted to try. Transformetrics, Powerflex, and VRT have been Godsends. It is you and a few feet of space. It saves time, it saves money, and best of all - it works. Health, appearance, fitness and strength: it is all there for the taking. Be your own trainer.

Any time I think different, I picture Woody Strode knocking off his 1000 pushups and situps in the quest to be a champion football player and decathlete. The rules of the road are simple and the rewards are waiting at the end. The challenge to you, me, and any others who try is: do you want it bad enough?

You guys have a blessed weekend.

After visiting a very sick relative in the hospital's intensive care unit on Thanksgiving, I went to the beach for a Transformetric style workout. In any case, I was overcome with an attitude of gratitude.
