Well, I haven't seen anyone else start one, so I guess I'll get the ball rolling. What are you thankful for this year?
My health and my family's health, first and foremost. I lost my grandfather this year, but other than that there has been very little in the way of family tragedy.
My beautiful wife who makes my world complete. I love her so much!
A great job! Always thankful for that, especially at times like these.
Wonderful friends. I include in that you folk here, who have been a supportive and positive influence on my life.
My new and better health. I'm light years ahead of where I was this time last year! I believe I was still suffering with acid reflux and a few other health problems last Thanksgiving. Fitness isn't just about aesthetics, but it is nice to be in better shape too!
Thanks John for the encouragement and for creating this positive space on the net. And thanks to everyone here for making it the great place that it is!
And last and most importantly, I thank God for all of these blessing in my life.

Terrific post, Joe. It's great that you have all those things and more to be thankful for...and that you are!
I also am thankful for many things in my life. I'll pick just one for this post: Health.
After working 60-100 hours a week in my own small business and living under almost constant stress for most of nine years and continually getting sick, in January my doctor told me I had two choices: (1) drastically reduce the stress or (2) die. Literally.
My wife booked a flight for me to go to Costa Rica for a week. I wanted to get away and figure out how to support us while I reduced the stress. I arrived on February 1 of this year. After a few days in Costa Rica, I realized I was looking at the solution: stay in Costa Rica and work for U.S. clients by Internet and phone. So we moved here (Costa Rica).
In contrast to the almost constant stress I'd lived with and the frequent trips to my doctor during the past 10 years, I experience very little stress. And I've not been to a doctor even once during the 10 months I've lived here.
I owe part of my better health to John and the rest of you. I was at least 50 pounds overweight and could barely feel muscles in my arms, for example. After finding Transformetrics a little over two months ago, my belt is three notches smaller and I can feel muscles that I hadn't felt in years. Even though some of them are still hidden by fat that has not melted away since I started exercising and eating much better.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all. And thanks for your help!

Things I'm Greatful For:
1. My mom being there when I needed her these past couple days.
2. Getting back to health as fast as possible.
3. Having Family that has my back (includes all of you)
4. My father whom I wouldn't be out of that harsh situation without him.
5. Last but certainly no least Transformetrics without it I wouldn't be my own trainer.

Go Donna! I'm parital to indoor plumbing and TP myself. I'm thankful for all that and for a wonderful wife who has buoyed my spirits all day even though I've been gripey and ill as a grizzly with a toothache. Thank God she didn't see that side of me before we got married! I am also thankful for living in America. It is still the land of opportunity.

I am thankful for being alive , having my health and living in a free country where we all can become whatever we want. I am also thankful for John and his promotion of a system that allows us to live to the fullest in every aspect of our life.
