Just wondering how long you've been training using Transformetrics?


I don't want to hijack Andy62's thread. But I've been training for a little over a year and have had a hard time getting my reps up as I've been trying to lose weight. I hit a long plateau period over the summer, but am finally starting to make some gains. The Power T's are really helping with getting my numbers up.
