Well I got my hands on GUTS at last but I've been miserably demotivated for the past few weeks. So much going on in my life at the mo leaving me feeling drained so was feelin' sorry for myself and doing nothing much about it:sad: Our new boxing coach is class, he talked me into jumping in on the rounds he was doing with the lads, so I got on one of the bags and wayhey it's really kickstarted me. I came home from boxing last night pumped and jumped straight into GUTS since I was already nicely warmed up. Was a bit disappointed with my sit up numbers, but we'd done a good bit of abs work at boxing, so those muscles were already quite tired. I'd really appreciate some honest feedback, cuz I have no-one to train against at home so I can't really tell if I'm a wuss and need to wise up, or if I'm doing pretty good. My shoulder was giving me a bit of gip so I did military style push-ups on my knees to start out (I know girly!), but I usually do them on my toes, and will from now on. I'll work up to the Atlas III's. The figures in the book for elite level are for guys, it'd be really brilliant if there were figures for us lassies to aim for, taking into account our lesser upper body strength. Any chance John???

I suffer terribly from the DOMS. I'm sore today, but I think I'll have diffs walking tomorrow!! But at least I'm back training, and needless to say I feel absolutely brilliant and totally destressed after the bag work and GUTS. Doctors should prescribe kickboxing instead of xanax for stress!!! :victory:
