Everything moves in a circle,
the roundness of the sky,
even the nest of birds,
all circles-Black Elk

When we think of the curative properties of Transformetrics it can at times seem like majic! These movements seem to have a volition that is hard to define and understand.Let's look carefully.

I have been a teacher of Qigong and Tai chi for many years. Many people come to my classes,'busted up'or with many health properties.Just the other day one of my students hit the proverbial nail right on the head. She was talking with another student and saying that the Yoga class she takes is wonderful, but the curative aspect of the qigong class and tai chi class seem to be in the circular movement. This puts the joints in motion in a mutidimensional way.Couldn't have said it better myself(AND YOU ALL KNOW HOW MUCH I LIKE TO BLAB-LOL).In fact there have been so many people over the years that have had limited mobility healed by these classes. In this I see a direct correlation to Transformetrics!

When you think about our dsr's,dvr's and iso's we do not just use one angle. If for instance you use the shoulder section of PYTP you will have found that you have strengthened all muscles of the shoulder from multiple angles. This not only hits the major muscle groups but also the lttler muscles. Now in doing this it becomes curative as first off we are not using weight to further injure. For instance if we are moving an injured shoulder, which I did for quite sometime as you recall(thank you again for the,'fixer routine',John!)you can apply your own resistance. At first it might not be so much, the same with iso'sto heal.Later more can be applied.

Secondly as stated above we hit the entire shoulder and all muscles, equally and with attention. This can help to heal the initial problem by strengthening other areas of the shoulder, helping to support and thereby giving furtile ground for the muscle or other problem to heal.

As stated above the circular is very, very powerful. In the Internal Martial Arts all strikes and movements are circular and the power is immense! It enabled little Sun Lu Tang at 110-120 pounds to defeat people literally twice and more his size.We have seen in archetecture that the strongest structures are circular.

In doing these movements in a circular fashion we not only heal all areas of a section of the body, but we also trace POWER through movement. This enables the 'Nerve Dorce'or qi to make the pathway of the energy a superhighway! It strengthens you Martial ability! I do not say these things lightly today.I am of the camp,'your body is the laborotory of experience'.I can account for the above through my own and students experiences.

soon the winter snows
will fall,
hoar frost covering fields
dripps
drop by drop in the waxing sunlight.

i feel the seasons change
moment by moment.

looking up at the vast blue sky
the cresent of a smile
unfolds....

peace to you all,
jason

Sorry!

so many typos here.in the second paragraph it should say 'healing problems' not 'healing properties.

in the sixth paragrah it should read'Nerve Force' not 'nerve dorse',unless of course in your training you incorporate alot of dulse eating,ha,ha(hmm now that i think about it i love dulse!).

it is hard sometimes with these tiny keyboards for a Bear to get a claw out to type-we usually hit two or three keys at the same time.

have a great day my friends!

peace,
jason
