Here's the first clip I've put together from some footage of the El Paso Win Every Battle Seminar at Harvest Christian Center. You get to see John, Pastor Tim Allen and myself onstage, plus a young lady that accepts the Superman Wheel Challenge! Watch the video and then read bellow.

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/uAjSX_sKgvw&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/uAjSX_sKgvw&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Okay, now that you've seen the young lady win a free book, it's your opportunity. First member to guess what she told John wins their choice of one Transdermal Cream (http://www.transformetrics.com/products/cream-package) and a 60 Day Personal Power Health & Fitness Journal (http://www.transformetrics.com/products/60-day-personal-power-health-fitness-journal)!! So watch the videos and post your guess.

Sorry Nate, she said "instructor", not teacher. So the judges say the prize goes to Kula. KulaShaker, PM me which transdermal cream you would like and we'll get your prizes out to you!

I started trying to incorporate an exercise similar to this into my routine but using a curling bar with 2 1/2s on each end as a makeshift wheel for now. I've been going further than John does in the video though, I think about to where my body and arms are parallel to the floor. Is this a bad idea? I feel the exercise working mainly my lower back pretty hard as I push back up out of that position.

I think I might also try to keep my back straight from the start. Is it instead better to keep it rounded as shown?

Thanks.

If you can duplicate John and Pastor Tim, you're good to go, Brock! Any kind of variation is going to be up to how it feels to you.
