Got a new course yesterday from Logan Christopher. Watched all 4 DVDs and read the book and I must say this has to be one of the most detailed courses i've seen in a while. He did an awesome job talking and demonstrating the exercises. Some were used with weights but can easily be replaced my DVRs/VRTs. He even showed what not to do which is rare in a course cause you see the guy doing a demonstration almost effortlessly so i'm glad I got to view that. I tried some of the exercises and I was down for the count within a few min. yet I've done bridging exercises for three years. I'm not advertising it or anything like that just wanted to tell you guys that our methods can be greatly applied with bridging exercises. This has helped me open a new door for future workouts that will just bring me to a new level of strength. There were exercises in this course i've never seen before but most I have but never saw them in great detail. I wanted to share this with you guys cause I like being open about this stuff and help give people a new idea of training. Even a small portion of the exercises was well worth it.
