Hey Friends,

I was asked in an email if I practice the Gymnastics Bridge Push-Up and If I think that it is a good exercise. The answer to both questions is YES! I like to perform my Back Bridge first going 'nose to mat' and then after 3-5 minutes I like to Push-Up into a Gymnastics bridge that I hold for another minute or so. Other times I will 'wall walk' and then do two gymnastics bridge Push-Ups when I reach bottom before walking the wall back up. I personally think that this is a great way to stretch and strengthen from angles that most people have never tried. Is it something that I would place in the "must do" category? No Way! It's a great exercise and very challenging but certainly not essential for everyday strength and fitness.
