So today I'm starting my workout log. I've been doing work for a few months now and am getting 500 pushups every other day regularly. Then rock climbing on off days for 6 days a week. I decided to switch things up a bit though since I just got the Warrior Power T's.
It is my hope that over time, I will be able to show you all my progression, starting out as a complete novice with the T's and seeing where it takes me. I hope this will help anyone who is thinking of getting the T's or has questions as well. I will post later on what my overall hopes and goals are for the routine.
Today I started with alternating sets every 4 min. The first set is of 10 tiger stretch pushups. The second is 15 seconds of high hold for the T's. 3rd set is for another 10 tiger stretch pushups, and 4th set is for 15 seconds of low hold with the T's. Then was rinse repeat. Total of 20 sets which takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Overall I found the workout to be a bit too easy so I'll be increasing the pushups in a couple days. I've also been doing static holds throughout the night to get some more strengthening.

Today I have climbed for an hour, and ridden my bike around town for 20 min. I've got lots of energy and feeling good this evening. Can't wait for tomorrows work on the T's!

Today's workout:
120 tiger pushups sets of 12 every 6 min. for 1 hour
100 count worth of static hold top, sets of 20 seconds every 12 min. for 1 hour
100 count worth of static hold bottom, sets of 20 seconds every 12 min. for 1 hour
All working out is overlapped so total time for workout is 1 hour.
Overall remarks:
Better workout then sunday, feeling it more so. Will keep my pushups at the same level on Thursday. I'm pretty happy with todays base workout. I think I'll try doing some T pushups during the day, either knee or full.

Ooops this is comign in a little late, but hte workout fro 12/03 is as follows.
Todays workout:
Rock climbing for 1 hour
Overall remarks:
Today I primarily focused on technique. I found this to be really effective and made gains which were very welcome. I also ended with a good bit of energy and not feeling sore, so I think I did the right amount of work. Still though, I'm looking forward to the T's tomorrow.

So I missed the workout yesterday due to a migraine whipping me out. Today though I was able to do some work.
Todays workout:
10 sets of 12 Atlas III pushups seperated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion
10 sets of 2 T knee pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 1 hour working out.
Overall remarks:
Today was a very good workout, Didn't burn too much, but I am def. feeling it now that I've rested for about a half hour. Should be able to do some rock climbing tomorrow, and if the body continues to feel as well, I will also be adding to both kinds of pushups.

Todays workout:
1 hour rock climbing
Overall thoughts:
Was a nice workout today. I'm feeling stronger by the day. Makes climbing interesting, and my progression is good. I'm looking forward to tomorrows workout, because I want to get my T strength up more to get the full body benefits.

Hit the workout late today, but better late then never!
Todays workout:
10 sets of 12 Atlas III pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 120 total done
10 sets of 4 T knee pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 40 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 1 hour working out.
Overall remarks:
Tonight's workout was a lot of fun. I was worried that I wouldn't get it in since it was so late before I started, but I remembered my quote and that spurred me on to do it. I'm pleased that my progress on the T's is continuing. Next pushup routine i'll change the main pushups i'm doing, but add more T's again. Hopefully up to sets of 4. I can feel myself getting a lot stronger and know I will be breaking into the ful lt pushup in the semi near future.
I'd also like to mention if anyone has questions about the T's feel free to ask me and I'll help as best I can.

No workout today, body felt oddly tired all da, so I figured i should let it rest. Took a nap in the evening and feeling tremendously better. I will be working out tomorrow though. I also wanted to note I was able to do 1 power t's pushup yesterday full body after the workout. It was a great rush and I was very happy about it.

Hmmm, what can i say about todays workout, lots of fun. I was pretty pleased with the workout. Was able to move numbers and get a ncie workout. I was able to do a sinlge full body power t today. I am going to attempt to do sets of 1 full body power T pushups in a couple days. This should be interesting if I can make it. I look forward to the test.

Woops, totally forgot to update for yesterdays workout.
12/10/08 Workout:
1 hr rock climbing.
Overall thoughts:
Well, today was a rough workout. I pushe myself hard, but the body was def. feeling it. Lots of sweat and burn. Muscles felt very pumped afterward, and overall didn't climb anything harder then normal. On the other hand I was also a lot smother with some of the easier routes which is the overall goal. Will be looking forward to more climbing soon.

Todays workout:
10 sets of 12 Atlas III pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 120 total done
10 sets of 1 T knee pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 10 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 1 hour working out.
Overall remarks:
Goodness gracious, what a great day! I'm very happy to report I was able to do the T pushups today, in sets of 1 though. It was great though because I was able to do them with feet in, not spread apart. More over I have a lot of strength left over and am eagerly awaiting Saturdays workout to see what I can accomplish then. I think I will probably put the level up to 3 per set. We'll see how I'm feeling then.

12/12/08 Workout:
Well, once again i forgot to post yesterday. I didn't really work out too much though. I am coming close to over training, or I simply haven't been getting enough sleep. Either way I figured it would be good for my body to take a day off climbing again. I intend to do another workout for Saturday, but I'll be raising the pushups by 1 and the T's by 1. Then if I'm feeling bleh on Sunday I will take a couple days rest. I did however manage a tiny workout, mostly because friends were over and wanted to see the T's. Good fun watching them give it a go, then a did a couple sets of 3. All in all very pleased with progress and lokign forward to waking up refreshed tomorrow for a workout.

Todays workout:
10 sets of 13 Liederman pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 130 total done
10 sets of 2 T knee pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 20 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 1 hour working out.
Overall remarks:
Very good workout today, I woke up feeling refreshed, and after the workout i have a lot of energy, f not a bit hungry. Will be curious to see how I feel tomorrow when i get up. I cut back on the T's gain that I was hoping for so as to give my body a little more rest, but still increase numbers. Form is def. getting better. I used to have trouble getting into the right position to start a t pushup, and now it's pretty easy. Will report more as I find it out

Todays workout:
Rock climbing for 1 hour
Overall remarks: This was a very strong climb. I think it's actually been to my benefit to have some days off. I felt very refreshed going into it, and have a nice semi sore, but solid feel afterwards. Tomorrow should be a good day for the pushup workout, so long as I get some rest tonight.

Todays workout:
10 sets of 14 Atlas III pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 140 total done
10 sets of 4 T knee pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 40 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 1 hour working out.
Overall remarks:
Well starting with the Atlas III's, those went very well. Still have plenty of room left over to keep pushing them and I will probably add 1 more to my sets for the next workout. The T's are a different story. Those, while completed were not as smooth as I would've liked. As a result I will be doing them again at the same intensity on Thursday. I figure, before i can add numbers my form needs to be good, and less shaky. All in all though very pleased with the workout, jumping the T's up by that much was a bit much, but I'm glad to have done it. I will just continue to focus on form as I go forward.

Todays workout:
Rock climbing for 1 hour
Overall remarks:
The best thing about todays climb was that my girlfriend went with me. It was her first time going, and we had a blast. It was just so good to be working on the rock with her. The climb overall was pretty good. a bit different from normal as i was on easier routes to start. I also was taking them much slower to show her how to move around the rock more easily. Feeling good ad pumped tonight and ready for another run at the T's tomorrow.

In complete workout today, left wrist slipped on the 14th set. Didn't muck it too bad, but I'd rather give it rest so I can potentially climb tomorrow, then keep working it and hurt it. I'll check in the morning to see how it feels before i do any sort of climbing on it though.
Todays workout:
7 sets of 12 Atlas III pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 33 min. to completion, 98 total done
6 sets of 4 T knee pushups at 6 min. intervals. 33 min. to completion, 24 total done + an extra 2 before the wrist slip. Total overall 26
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 33 min. working out.
Overall remarks:
Today the workout was going nicely. Body was feeling good, form def. much better on the T's. I was pleased, but noticed on the set before I slipped that the little towels i was using to keep the t's from slipping so much were giving a bit. Didn't think much of it, but sure enough the next round on the T's I def. slipped off. Looking forward to a workout tomorrow. I think it's good that I stopped, not cause the wrist hurts but jut to make sure that the body stays in good shape. I'll keep the log updated as I progress.

Todays workout:
10 sets of 14 Tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 140 total done
9 sets of 4 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 57 min. to completion, 36 total done
1 set of 2 T pushups at 3 min. mark. total done overall 38
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 1 hour working out.
Overall remarks:
well, unfortunately the workout wasn't fully completed. I am def. feeling much stronger. The problem was I let the lower part of the T slip on the last set. I didn't want to mess with it more, because I figured I was so close. Next week will be interesting, since I am going to be away for the holidays. This means no rock climbing, and instead just T workouts for 3 days and maybe some other workout on normal climbing days. I am toying with the idea of switching my routine to twice a day, and only doing half as much in each segment. Still not entirely sold on it though.

Todays workout:
10 sets of 14 Tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 140 total done
10 sets of 4 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 40 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 1 hour working out.
Overall remarks:
Well, not to be too over the top about it, but man that was a good, solid and easy workout! I think it's because i didn't do anything but rest on sunday or monday. This was in part due to being stuck at the airport and yadda yadda. Either way, the workout felt great. the T's were very stable, and I look forward to adding more to the numbers on Thursday. I think something which contributed is the carpet I was on today. It's a bit more plush then what I'm used to, so stabilizing wasn't as much of an issue. Either way I'll keep working on my numbers. I believe that hitting 50 by christmas will be very easy, and they will be solid. I am also going to work on the pushups, I would like to be at about 200 by the New Year. The problem with that is, while I can increase those numbers pretty easily, it'll impact the T work. Ah well, I do like a challenge. I'll report later with more numbers, but I don't think tomorrow I'll be doing much since I'm not climbing while in Colorado.

Todays workout:
Rock climbing for 1 hour and 20 min.
Overall remarks:
Today was a fun day for climbing. Mostly because it was unexpected. My girlfriend and I were invited to go while we were in Colorado, so off we went. The gym was nice, and the routes challenging. I'm sore currently and we went over 8 hours ago. Feels good to get a good burn. Will e interesting to see if I workout on Christmas or not.

Todays workout:
10 sets of 16 Tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 160 total done
10 sets of 5 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 50 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 1 hour working out.
Overall remarks:
Well, haven't been posting as much due to the little vacation I'm on. I'll be returning to a normal schedule as of Monday though. I did increase numbers on both forms of pushup so I'm happy about that. There is a little bit of a concern though that when i get back to Seattle I won't be able to do the T's as well. This is because i'll be returning to a more slick surface I think. Will have to see what the numbers do when i'm there. If I'm feeling up to it I'll be raising the Tiger pushups again, but leaving the T's at the same. There's a slim bit of hope that I'll make it to 20 tiger pushups and 5 t's by the end of the year.

Whoops, posting this uber late, but this was for monday December 29th.
Todays workout:
Rock climbing for 1 hour and 20 min.
Overall remarks:
Very nice climb today. Girlfriend signed up for her membership so we had a good time exploring the rock and such. I found that while the T's have helped me keep some of my strength, that my body is sore in other places tonight. Specifically the middle back and the arms a little. This may be in part due to the fact that I was also climbing very slowly today, to work the technique extra hard. I was also going up a bouldering route, then climbing the route back down instead of just jumping off. So those might have been contributing factors too. All in all I'm going to enjoy sleep tonight, as I'm rather tired and look forward to seeing how my body is feeling in the morning and the T's work on my usual surface.

Todays workout:
10 sets of 18 Tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 180 total done
10 sets of 5 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hour to completion, 50 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 1 hour working out.
Overall remarks:
I'm very pleased to say that today workout was a complete success! Not only did I raise the number of Tiger pushups, but i kept the T's at a solid 50. I don't foresee problems when it comes to raising the numbers on the T's for the 1st. but I've def. reached my goal for the year, a solid 50 pushups on the T in 1 hour. I've got plenty of gas left to do some more working out, but I'm going to hold back so I can get another good climb in tomorrow.

Todays workout:
Rock climbing for 1 hour.
Overall remarks:
Was a fast but furious workout today. My girlfriend and I really hit the rock hard, because we didn't have time to keep going if we still had energy. I think that her form is improving a lot right now. I'm also very happy to report that I am getting stronger, as I was able to do a couple things which were beyond me before. I'm looking forward to working out tomorrow, I'll be changing up the routine a bit though to try out new stuff for the New Year!

Okay, so it's a new year with new goals and such. So I'm going to be starting up a modified program. After some thought I've decided to give twice a day workouts a try. I figure I'll see where it gets me. As of the 1st I was at a solid 164lbs. Today I am at at 163.8. For the month of January I would like to drop down to 160lbs or at least drop 4 pounds worth of fat. Either way, I'm not too picky heh. Since I'm modifying the plan, I will also be posting upon first completion, then editing the post for the second set later in the day. If anyone has a better suggestion please post it here or PM me about it.
January Goals :
Drop 4 pounds of fat
Complete 110 T pushups in a day
Complete 250 Tiger Pushups in a day
Current weight today: 163.8 lbs
Todays 1st workout:
5 sets of 18 Tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 30 min. to completion, 90 total done
5 sets of 6 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 30 min. to completion, 30 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 30 min. working out.
Overall remarks for first workout:
Well so far so good. Didn't think I'd have any trouble with this part. Normally I would simply continue adding more sets. Will see what happens when i try later today for more.
Todays 2nd workout:
5 sets of 18 Tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 30 min. to completion, 90 total done
5 sets of 6 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 30 min. to completion, 30 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 30 min. working out.
Total workout for today:
10 sets of 18 tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hr to completion, 180 total done
10 sets of 6 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hr to completion, 60 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 30 min. working out.
Overall remarks for second workout:
Well, that was a very interesting workout today. All finished and feeling great. I was a bit worried throughout the day just cause I wasn't sure what my muscles were going to do, but now that I'm done I feel good. I'm pleased I was able to finish with some relative ease too. Looking forward to rock climbing tomorrow and seeing how my body reacts. I'm also really looking forward to being done with the month and seeing waht kind of progress I make with this 2 a day routine instead of 1 a day.

01-03-2009, 06:13 PM
So it looks like editing doesn't make a new post mark. So i'm thinking I'll maybe just do 1 post a day, after the second round, and just only have 1 remarks section. If anyone has other suggestions please let me know.

Current weight today: 164 lbs
Todays workout:
Rock climbing for 1 hour and 20 min.
Overall remarks:
Went with my girlfriend and a buddy of ours. Had a blast and got a good climb in. Continue to be able to do more and with more grace then when starting. Back is sore this evening. Not sure if that's just from a good climb or also from the twice a day workout stared yesterday. I will be taking tomorrow off for rest, then back to the T's come Tuesday.

So I realized that for commenting on both portion i simply need write dowsn what i want and then type it up later. SO for now I'll have 2 reports of how the workout is going.
Current weight today: 164 lbs
Todays 1st workout:
5 sets of 19 Tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 30 min. to completion, 95 total done
5 sets of 7 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 30 min. to completion, 35 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 30 min. working out.
Overall remarks for first workout:
Whew, today was an intense workout. I definitely am feeling pumped from it. I think it might be that I had nothing to eat before I even started. Either way I will work on the second part later today. Just feel nice and tight from it all. Might also be that i increased both the T's and the Tigers.
Todays 2nd workout:
5 sets of 19 Tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 30 min. to completion, 95 total done
5 sets of 7 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 30 min. to completion, 35 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 30 min. working out.
Total workout for today:
10 sets of 19 tiger pushups separated at 6 min. intervals. 1 hr to completion, 180 total done
10 sets of 6 T pushups at 6 min. intervals. 1 hr to completion, 60 total done
All the workout is overlapped so a total of 30 min. working out.
Overall remarks for second workout:
Allright, I was able to finish it all. I must say it's a lot less intimidating knowing there are so few sets to do, even if my body is already a bit sore and or tight. I actually finished with energy still left to burn, so I should be good for rock climbing tomorrow. I suppose we'll have to see when I wake up.

Overall remarks:
Oh rock climbing rock climbing, what ever shall I do with you. You threaten me with your tight crags and sharp inclines. Despite this I throw myself at your wall and do my best to conquer what you bring. Today I won our battle, and pushed myself a little further than before. A rough start may have worried me, but once I got into the groove it was def. a good day. Not sure how the body will do tomorrow, as it's the first full week on t's than rock climbing. Only time will tell.

So a bit about the weight, was out drinking and eating tons and tons of bad food last night. Totally worth it, but obviously it made a difference in the scale. Don't think it'll affect things overall.
Todays workout:
Rock climbing for 1 hour and 20 min.
Overall remarks:
The workout today was hindered a bit due to overall tiredness, but I feel like I attacked the wall as best I could. My only issue was that I ran out of hard energy much faster. It felt like I was having to do easier routes sooner so I could keep climbing. I think I'll still be able to get a good workout tomorrow and look forward to hitting the T's hard.

1/10/09
My apologies for not writing yesterday, completely spaced it. Probably because I didn't work out. I was right that I might ave pushed a little too hard on friday, and woke up with my right arm hurting. Nothing too bad, but knew I would be better served letting it rest for a day then trying to work it out. I'm glad I did to, because it's feeling top notch for 1/11/09. More will be updated today as I'm going rock climbing a little later.
Oh and weight for that day was 164.8lbs

Went again today. Even though I had gone yesterday I have decided to try back to back rock climbing days. The workout is still being changed, but nothing is set in stone yet. Current weight today: 164.2 lbs
Todays workout:
No time for a full workout, so I tried to see what my max reps were. I think its okay considering I rock climbed for a couple days in a row.
40 Tiger push-ups in 1 set
10 T push-ups in 1 set
10 T push-ups in 1 set
11 T push-ups in 1 set
Overall remarks:
It's interesting because my body felt fairly done after all of that. Took around 20 min. I found that in trying to get 1 more set of T pushups I was unable to even get 1 full one. I'm not sure if it's because of the previous climbing or just the lack of a workout on Saturday. Either way it has me curious and I will report more as I find out.

Overall remarks:
Very good day for climbing, even though I felt slowed down. I was able to keep the muscles moving and even tried a few new routes. Concerns are just about the weight in general. I'm going to have to see how the workouts continue to go. I feel like they're stil giving me a good pump, but again the weight is a concern.

Well, I woke up rather sick feeling today, I've been fighting off a cold but it's got the better of me right now. I am going to be taking off from the workout to let my body heal a little, and hopefully I'll be able to climb tomorrow. All in all I've come to the conclusion that I'm rather disappointed with my own results for twice a day workouts. Maybe I haven't given them enough time, but my suspicion is that they're just not for me. I will be mulling it over a bit to see what my next step will be.

Wow it felt good to be back on the rock today. I awoke feeling much better and ready to climb. I am glad that I was out there, and def. hit some new routes trying some new techniques out. I will be climbing again tomorrow if my body is ready and then looking forward to some work on the T's.

The climbing was very hard today. Low energy, in part from having climbed yesterday, and in part from getting up earlier than normal today. All in all I feel pretty good though, if not tired this evening. I'm looking forward to bed, and will see how i'm feeling in the morning.

What a bummer, things have really taken a change lately, started a new job and so working out has taken a backseat. Plus I can't go when i would like to for the time being. I'm going to have to figure something out.

Allright, today was much better. I felt stronger on the rock then Wednesday and I was able to climb most of the routes I went on. I'm hoping to start a new plan with the T's this week that will get me back in action with them.

So today was the start of the new workout regime. It was hard keeping my numbers down like that, and I was experimenting with different numbers throughout just to get a feel for it. Overall I am pleased that I did some working out today, but it feels much different then the old structured ones I had. This feels much more loose, but I shall give it some time. I came up with the idea of groupings of 33 because it just seems like an easy way to keep a mental track of what I'm doing. I think the goal will be to eventually turn the whole days worth of 100 to the Power T's. It's down the line but I don't think it's unreasonable. Just have to give it time and work into it. I'll write more later.

So today I was supposed to rock climb, but that didn't happen because I was told that I needed to attend a seminar for work, so that time got axed. I did complete the pushups I'd have needed to if I'd beeen doing a half workout.

Well today I didn't get to use the T's as much. Just felt like they need a break from the morning workout. For tomorrow night I may try and hit them. I was pleased to have 2 sets of just 33 standard pushups though. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout.

Kind of a disappointing work out. yes I did all 33 in 1 set with no problem, but I would've liked to get more done in the evening. Just decided going out with friends was more important. Still though, shame I didn't get those other 6 in as I think they'd have been pretty easy.

So today was an amazing day for rock climbing. Great motivation on my buddies part, which motivated me to do even better as well. I have purposely kept off the T's today as I am going to attempt to do the full 100 tomorrow on them. I'm very hapy with the climbing, now if only the weight would fall into place. I'm sure it will with time, and my body is still getting used to the new system so we'll just see.

Finally 2/1/09
Phew, sorry for all the delays, seems like this weekend has been rough getting my weekly stuff up.
Current Weight: 164.8 lbs
Morning:
5 Power T Pushups
10 Power T Pushups
10 Power T Pushups
8 Power T Pushups
Evening:
5 Power T Pushups
12 Power T Pushups
Overall remarks:
Well, today I was going to try adn get 100 power T pushups done. Honestly it felt like it was more than I was ready for come dinner time, so I figured, well I'd at least get 50 T pushups done for the day. As a result I achieved a new high for single sets with the 12. All in all I feel pretty decent, and tomorrow I am going to do some basic pushups to help my body recover, plus rock climbing in the evening. This new switch in working out is interesting. Still too early to see how my body will really feel about it when it's all said and done, but so far so good. Motivation is much higher than with the 2 a day full workouts. For now that's good enough since results are still a bit off in the distance.

Well today i didn't get full pushups in or full rock climbing. The problem was simply that I almost puled something while climbing, and recognizing the pain runnign through my left elbow figured I should rest for the evening. I'm hoping that I'll be well enough to work out tomorrow. Time will tell.

Hi all, sorry for the late post on yesterdays workout. For some reason last night the site wouldn't load. Anyway, overall I felt like things went well for the pushups. I didn't get home till late, like 9:30pm, and seeing as I left the house at 7:00 am I wasn't all that inclined to do the remaining 64 pushups. I procrastinated for about an hour, then I thought about my signature. I really thought about it, and something Big Jim had said in his post of mine about the biggest loser.
Suddenly I stopped thinking about it and just did the last 64. In sets as show above. I'll tell you I felt very good that I had done it. Even this morning I'm smiling knowing I just did it. So far I've had no problem working out this morning and I'll post on that later today when I finish the workout.

Today was a decent climb, nothing too special about it, just felt weaker since i hadn't really climbed since last monday. The up side is I'm all done with the workouts for the day and can enjoy the rest however I please. Plus my weight remained he same over 2 days which, if you look at my weights is not very common. I figure any day it doesn't go in the up direction is a good one though lol.

Got back from the Doctors earlier today and was told I have a bit of the bronchitis. I was told I'm supposed to rest for a bit, so no rock climbing or pushups, just a couple days though. I'll be back to it on Sunday. working hard, and hopefully with better results. Turns out i've been sick for a couple months now. That I've even gone on this long with it was pretty surprising to us both.

An amazing workout today. Everything felt so smooth when I started, even my girlfriend noticed. I also climbed far longer than I have in a while. I think the only issue I had was that I still had the mental energy to go when my body gave out. Oh well, I shall climb again this coming thursday.

Todays stuff! Hooray I'm posting on the right day :)
Today's weight: 164.6lbs
As a brief aside, this weight pleases me though still away from my target it's showing a small decline again.
Today's workout:
33 Leiderman pushups
Overall remarks:
Okay okay, so I'm still getting back in the swing of things after the case of bronchitis. I only did 33 pushups though because i think i overdid the rock climbing a bit yesterday and my body needs the time to heal. I am letting the muscles relax tonight and hoping I'll be able to do a full 100 tomorrow w/o the pain. Don't want to over train and all. I'm also trying to figure out how to get the T's back up in full action as I found them to be fun and challenging.
To answer your question GB I'm a boulder type person. I do tope rope sometimes, but it's not my preference.
