Thank you, it's great to hear from you my friend.
I hope that life is treating you well.
Later today, I'll be training back, traps, biceps & forearms.
It will be a while before I can train my core & legs, as I do not want to "blowout" any internal stitches.

I am steadily improving, however I still have raw wounds on my scarline below the navel with the District Nurse calling in every second day to dress.
