As Tarzan said to Jane,"It is a jungle out there."
Joe,
You're a long hair, noble, fair, leaping jungle man! And a source of inspiration.
All the Best!

This is a quote from Lori Newton:
You can't tell it is the same person! That is what John's programs are all about.
As for me, I'd say it was Jock Mahoney all the way.

hey Greg,
I agree! Jock Mahoney all the way. Jock was my favorite of all the Tarzan's and Joe's got the Mahoney grin, physique, and even hair down to a "T". Even my Denise said, "His wife has a husband that did an exact 180 degree opposite of what most men do after they get married. He looks great," Next thing you know Joe will be hangin' out with an Orangutan.

Everybody else took my lines: Joe" Mahoney Tarzan" Justice thank you for your continuing inspiration you
give me,as well as everyone else on the forum.
I looked at an old membership card with my picture on it yesterday. I thought, "Boy, what a fat-face." There you are on the beach with your shirt off, smiling at the camera. You must have known your picture was being taken, right? You knew your shirt was off, right?
Well, when I was looking at the camera with my fat-face, and I assume you felt the same from your smile on the beach, it goes to prove to myself a theory of mine: when it comes down to it we people can't imagine ourselves anything but beautiful. Looking at it now, what the heck were we thinking. I wasn't as bad as you (just like to point that out), but jeesh, what were we thinking!
People are weird.
"'Cause nobody loves you like you, Dear
No heart beats so fond or so true,
Nothing is dearer than your own face in the mirror
Don't ever let yourself be blue."

Mr. JoeJustice,
Those are some awesome changes. I have some questions. How long did it take? What kind of exercises did you do? Also, what kind of diet and supplements were you on? Thank you in advance for your reply.

I thought you guys would like that pic! I would have taken one with just a loin cloth, but I'm sure no one wants to see that!
Tom, there's a psychological difference between a photograph and an mirror, I think. For some reason you can look at yourself in a mirror and feel fine but then see yourself in a picture and thing, "Who's that fat guy?" :rotfl:
BadCo... man oh man... I've spent two and a half years on this forum talking about all of my different exercises and diet experiments. So you asking me to lay it all out would take a while! :) If you're new to the site just look around through the archives and you'll find all kinds of great information. But I'll help you jump right to the end and save a lot of time...
There are about three years difference between those two pics and about two and a half years worth of training. I've done a lot of different training experiments, I started out slow with The Miracle 7 (http://www.transformetrics.com/products/miracle-seven) and Isometrics (http://www.transformetrics.com/products/isometric-power-revolution)because I was so out of shape and gradually add other things in. I even did several BeachBody programs like P90X for awhile.
Where I'm at right now is where I've made the most dramatic changes. I've got everything dialed in to what works for me. Experiment with yourself, and find out what works for you. There is no such thing as a failed experiment.
But to encapsulate everything and save you that time I promised.
I use NutriPrima's Transdermal Creams (http://www.transformetrics.com/products/cream-package), all four
My diet is very similar to this one I recommended to the young man trying to make weight (http://www.transformetrics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4887)
The focus of my training is G.U.T.S. (http://www.transformetrics.com/products/guts%E2%80%94-ultimate-247-body-sculpting-training-system) doing my 2x2/3rds variation (http://www.transformetrics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3913).
And what I do to get my hair so gorgeous? Well, that's between me and my stylist! :beauty:

Hey Joe,
I'd like everyone to see your latest rope climb video. Could you please post the link once again? That clip personifies what I mean by training Tarzan style and the kind of functional strength and physique that can be achieved when we learn how to maximize our body's own natural strength and fitness in direct relationship to itself. That clip is irrefutable evidence of the Superior strength to body weight ratio,Superior level of endurance and Superior coordination that can be achieved by mastering one's own body from all angles and all directions.
However, there is one thing that I want to caution everyone about right here. Friends, all of you that want to start rope climbing as you see in Joe's video clip need to bear in mind that rope climbing is a two way endeavor. Regardless of how high you climb, you must also have the strength, endurance, and coordination to climb back down. If you try to slide down, you will end up with horrifically painful rope burns.

Looking good Sherriff Justice, Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooking good!
You got a point there. Honeymoon. But that also brings out a whole other load of wonderment and amazement - I know what you were looking at, but she was looking through the camera! At pre-hair!
Wonderment and amazement. Go dude.

Well Guys,
This tells me something very important about Joe. Joe's wife saw THE MAN on the inside. She fell in love with THAT MAN because she recognized something wonderful and unique about JOE. Like all of us, Joe has been in a steady state of transition since that first picture on the beach was taken. During that time Joe's viewpoint, his mindset about his PHYSICAL BEING changed. What each of YOU is now viewing in the current photo is a man that changed his physical being from the INSIDE out.
Bottom line: Joe's mind has told his body who and what he wants to be physically. Joe has done this with deep conviction. His body had no choice but to comply with what his inner being demanded. The same is true for all of us. Here's the deal. We are ALL in a state of transition. TRANSITION is CHANGE. It is inevitable. Question: will you be proactive as Joe has been in directing that transition or will you be it's victim as the result of sitting back taking the easy way and doing nothing? What we are discussing here is the direct application of NERVE FORCE as our friend Andy62 so diligently reminds us of. MASTERING YOUR NERVE FORCE IS MASTERING YOUR PERSONAL POWER!
When I first talked with Joe he was performing PX90 and he was frustrated. I never once put down P90X. I only told him the truth. And the truth was simply this, no matter what he achieved with P90X or any other training system he would never be satisfied until the day came that he had discovered for himself what worked best for him and him alone. Since that is the truth, Joe got to work and he has not looked back since. Truth to tell, that was a great conversation we had that day and once he was able to grasp that only he could truly direct the change he wanted in his body he was off to the races. NO I DID NOT PERSONALLY TRAIN JOE. BUT Joe went through each of the tools we offer and applied what worked best for himself. You now see the results of that self directed application. Joe now routinely does things he never imagined himself doing as a young man in his teens and he will continue to do just that for decades and decades. Why? because he has a new vision of himself. And that vision requires training Tarzan style. And what exactly does that mean? Ask yourself, do you think Tarzan would be trying to follow someone else's training system or would he take the best of the knowledge he had available and apply it to his own unique desires that were in line with his own self image and who and what he wanted to be?

Hahaha... this has been a fun thread!
Now the only question remains, am I more like a monkey or squirrel? Cuz I've been known to be squirrelly at times but I have more fun than a monkey on 100 yards of grapevine!:monkey:

Joe, you joke a lot about yourself...but sometimes you don't do yourself justice! [Get i? Get it? Joe and Justice used in a sentence?]
Since you misspelled monkey the first time, I would have to pick that one. (Did I misspell "misspell"?)

Joe, you have had great results! You really do look like the Tarzan type but I would classify you in the category of "George of the Jungle" Tarzan type. Here is a link to your new theme song:
