I was born on Mother's Day and weighed almost 13lbs.
To this day when I call my Mother on Mother's day I start our conversation by saying,'Sorry Mom'(ha,ha).

What have I learned on this planet in 50 years?

LOVE is the greatest energy. It heals it soothes,it is given continually from the Creator.

To live with Integrity. So few it seems take accountability or live in such a way as to mentor.Integrity is a attribute that is important to re-gain collectively so we may survive.

To live your life for the benefit of all, seven generations from now. This comes from Native Country and is a very steep order. It is implied inherently,a life of simplicity.

Be Love.Spread the love of the Creator,be compassionate,be kind.Lift the spirits of one in the morn and again at night-all day through if possible.

Exercise this mortal coil. As St.Paul stated,it is very important to keep the body strong so that we have the energy of constant prayer.

Think the good thought. This call from Qigong Masters allows one to use visualization and positive thinking for maximum health and vitality;body, spirit mind.

My wife will tell you,'he has a song in his heart and a wink in his eye'.This old Irish saying from my Grandfather Mayo has kept me sane and somewhat of a Coyote trickster .

By as strong as a Bear
steadfast as a mountain
move like the wind.

Be stillness in motion, and motion in stillness.

Laugh three times a day and four for good measure.

Smile like a young baby,is there anything more innocent?

Listen with your total being, the other counts on you to be there.

Words are oft abused, use them wisely.

Pray,meditate-allow every breath every whisper every prayer to be a thanksgiving to God.

Live as a Green Warrior, this tiny planet dreams of you being this kind of Warrior.

Count on having your heart broken.Tiny fissures heal.A raiku heart is one of great, great compassion.

Be Love,be love,be love-the universe smiles.....

Just a few reflections on my birthday-you folks know me well,I could go on all day(ughh, says you,ha,ha).
God bless each and every one of you and your families....

peace,
jason

Have something in common with your mother, I gave birth that day. It was to a girl and it was 2 days after Mother's Day in the United States. Where were you born?

Thank you John!

So question for you Greg? How many more day's until you hit half a century my friend?
We are close in age but I cannot remember how close.

Yesterday we did day of caring for our town,it feels great at 50 being able to work under the table 18 year olds.Seriously it was very hard work, and my group worked for a person that is going through a very difficult time and has no one to help.

thank you all!

to be patient.

to be productive and helpful.

to be the same person at all times, even when no one is looking.

to praise God in the morning, midday, and evening.

to meditate and pull from the frenetic pace-we all deserve a break!

just a couple of add on's....

peace,
jason
