A friend of mine just severed his achilles tendon and had to have surgery.He was playing touchfootball and developed achilles tendonitis .Instead of resting he worked his calfs with heavy weights.The next day of football the injury happened.The road to recovery is long.Johns metods are safe and produce results.Every now and than I get the urge to lift weights.Even though I use light weights my body does not feel good.With body weight training I feel more flexible and less sore Degrandis
