Hi,

it has been about 4 or 5 weeks since I got a device for pushups, to help me with my damaged wrists. At the same time, I kept going with my daily routine of DVRs using the tiger moves.

Results are very interesting. At first, I was able to do only about 6 to 8 pushups by day...that's all...

Now, I can do 5 series of 10!

And it has also reflected on the intensity of my DVRs....so the results are showing up in my shape....and i feel very well!!!!

Thanks!!!

Sergio

You are on to something there.

I don't know if DVR's feed pushups, or if pushups educate your muscles enough to properly DVR but the McSweeny Reach and pushups go together like berries on steel cut oats.

Hey Sergio,

That is great news! Thank you for sharing.

I believe that the DVR's - through the building of the mind-muscle connection & time under tension - have increased strength through neural pathways, which has transferred over to increased strength in your push ups.

Please keep us updated, the best is yet to come!

Take care,
Steve

I find DVRs amazing. When you are doing them you are training your mind to project thought impluses along your neural pathways to the control center of your mind - the source of all strength. This gives you control of your autonomic nervous system as well as your physical, emotional, and mental abilities. When your are practicing DVRs you not only can direct that energy to do pushups, but to a wide variey of other life activites as well - moving meditation.
