View Full Version : I finally found my G.U.T.S.

Hey all,

After my recent thread on cardio I decided to finally do a G.U.T.S. workout.

So, yesterday after a workout of Dips, Pullups & Chins I decided to add a G.U.T.S. style workout as a good cardio finish off to my workout.

It'll be fairly easy I thought, as I only planned on doing 3 circuits of it.

Boy was I wrong!! I've never sweated so much in such a short time!!!!

My numbers are not that impressive, but here's what I did:-

Hindu Squats - 30
Hindu Pushups - 10
Atlas Situps - 10
Hindu Squats - 30
Atlas Pushups - 10
Atlas Leg Raises - 10
Hindu Squats - 20
Standard pushups - 10
Atlas situps - 10
Back bridge - 1 min
MILO

Thats all I could manage!! it took me a few minutes of laying on the floor in utter helll before I could stand up and get a shower!!

Walking the dog afterwards was hard haha. A well deserved afternoon on the beach sorted it out though.

I've finally found the solution to my cardio dilema!!
