What have you changed in your diet?

in terms of training, I have adapted a explosive rep speed with added neuro stimulation. Like walking and doing isos, standing on one foot doing pulsating reps and I have been using higher reps.
DIET: Huge increase in fat and reduction in number of meals.

Mark had a picture in IPR. He looked fantastic then, but better now.
Also,
The arms look bigger. Are they, or is the appearance because of greater density and hardness?

Greg, yes, gained about 10 lbs pure muscle, in my opinion, due to change in diet approach. Arms are about 18 inches.

Yes, I INCREASED my dietary fat via the teachings of Vince Gironda. I felt my body responds best to fat and less carbs, protein. and less meals. I dont count calories. Every 4-5 days, Ih ave a big carb meal to keep thiings in check.
Training: quick rapid movements with an added neuro component.
