what is the main purpose for "Transformetrics". Im basically asking how you can build muscles w/o the gym, several workouts, and certain dietary habits

This system consists of how to use the mind/body connection in synergestic form and learn how to use the muscles and tendons to their potential doing 4 components DVRs,DSRs, Isos and Power Cals. It teaches you how to be your own trainer and learn your own physiology. Its experimenting but anywhere anytime. Use movements and muscle control to create the body you want and understand that the harder you make an exercise, the less reps needed. This was and still is a form of old-school bodybuilding and strength training without the need for gyms or conventional weightlifting. Its the ultimate test to use your body as a complete unit and not in isolation.

The purpose of Transformetrics is to develop health and fitness based on old-school teachings of the past. No need for a gym or fancy piece of equipment. Your body has all you need. You are your own gym.
