Espre question

Hey John,

My wife and I have a question regarding the Espre we recently received.

On the bottle, it indicates it should be taken in the morning.

Is there a particular reason for it stating mornings in particular?

Or, is it just intended to be taken once a day?

We did our homework on the Espre formulation and it has the highest ORAC validation of any health beverage ever officially certified by Brunswick Labs at 4581 ORAC per ounce. This makes it more than 4 times more potent than Mona Vie at 1027 per ounce.

To answer your question directly, any time is the right time. It certainly doesn't need to be in the morning although that would be a great way to start the day and know that you have taken the best combination of health building anti-oxidants. One other thing you will notice after you have been taking it for a couple of weeks is that your muscular strength and endurance will go through the roof.
