I attended the SSS seminar on June 12-13th. It was an incredible experience. I am not a martial artist but have trained in boxing and wrestling in school. I have been to many different seminars from internal martial arts (Ba gua, Hsing-I) and one reality based instructor. The arts and methods I have seen were very good and the instructors were very skilled, but the attainment of that skill was much less certain.

When Mr. Wick demonstrated his methods, it was so counter-intuitive to force and power methods I would expect that I couldn't get it at first, it looked too simple! But after a bit of pratice and going softer you realize how easy it is to do, you just have to re-train how you move. there are many, many principles that back his concepts and he would allow you to try anything you wanted and he would handle it with ease. I out-weigh Mr. Wick by 70 pounds and I am 2 decades younger and it didn't matter what I or anyone else could do, trained or not the outcome was the same everytime. Larry is a great guy, he is nice, honest and straight forward as can be and he will answer any of your questions, I highly recommend that you take a seminar it will open your eyes to methods that have to be seen and felt to be believed.
