I just thought I should post some recent pics of me since I never have before. This is after 6 months of guts workouts. For the past couple weeks I have been alternating isometric powerflexing on one day and GUTS the next. I would like to add a little bit of mass, but it seems that is impossible for me so I have been going for Bruce Lee definition. So here they are:
The first one is just relaxed and the second one is flexing.

The word "ripped" comes to mind :)

Guys i'll raise your "ripped" and add Shredded. Even Arnold Schwarzenegger would say "He really isn't no girlie man" lol.

You look pretty dog gone good to me. Don't worry about mass. Muscular size will come in time. How old are you now? I am guessing somewhere in the twenties.
Greg
Looking sharp and fit. To add mass, eat more, rest sufficiently, and be patient.

That is great. We are starting to see a lot of very impressive results on this forum..
You, my friend, are looking ... well ... ripped! Great work, keep it up!

I agree with the comments above. I wouldn't be concerned AT ALL about chasing mass. It may seem like the thing to do, but I've seen many a guy lose great definition in the chase for mass and they end up fighting like mad to get their "old" definition back after they significantly increased their eating habits looking to gain mass. I agree with Greg, it will come, just don't lose the definition you have while you wait.

Wow! you're my new inspiration! I think I kind of have a similar body type as you. Like you I've given up on mass (for the most part-I'll take what I can get) and am trying to focus on definition. Bruce Lee is definitely one of my heroes too. I'm nowhere near your level yet but hey we only compare ourselves today to how we were yesterday, right? That said, do you have any older pics to post like from 6 months ago or more? That would be really great to see. Keep up the great work!

Thanks Michael. It just takes some time and some really hard work on the basic exercises. I have wanted to give up many times, but somehow I have stuck with it. In case you wanted to know, I focus mainly on guts, isometrics, and miracle 7. If you get guts, don't be too intimidated by the numbers. I started out at really low numbers and gradually worked up, although I am still nowhere close to the recommended numbers.
I'm sorry but I don't have any older pics to show.
