Hey Friends,

I received an e-mail asking me about which exercises best facilitate an increase in both Testosterone and HGH production. This is something that I have studied long and hard and have worked at diligently in developing my own program for maintaining lifelong health, strength, youthfulness, and manliness. Trust me on this, any one that has the bright idea that one cannot maintain a level of lifelong virility that is off the charts compared to other men has simply not done his homework.

Here's the deal. Whether we are talking about obesity, or lack of Virility the causes are the same. But it all comes down to the accumulation of self neglect. Eating too much of the wrong foods, not enough of the right foods, not exercising the right way, or performing the wrong exercises, drinking alcohol, and placing one's self under continual stress have disastrous effects on male hormone balance which in turn manifests itself as accelerated fat gain, impotence, loss of muscle mass and the self destruction of self esteem.

Now, understand that all of my new books will deal with maintaining and enhancing manliness and virility for life. But to answer the question specifically about which exercises build and enhance male hormone production I will address only exercise and not use this as an opportunity to market my transdermal virility boosting creams.

In order to boost male hormone production you need to do exercises that stimulate the need for male hormone. This would include all Squat Variations, Lunges, Re-bounding, and all manner of non-compressive lower body strength building and sculpting exercises including Isometrics and Sprinting. It would also include all abdominal and core exercises including bridging and it most certainly will also include Upper Body exercises including Push-Ups of all variations, Pull-Ups and Chin-Ups of all variations and the full spectrum of natural strength building and muscle enhancement exercises that we teach. In other words, everything we teach is about building lifelong strength and fitness and enhancing natural hormone production.

Now, in terms of the wrong kind of exercise I would state that excessive long distance running by itself without including strength building exercises to compensate and boost the body's production of muscle mass and male hormone is the exact opposite of what should and must be done by most men in order to build and concentrate male hormone and enhance virility. This is because excessive cardio/aerobic exercise burns testosterone and HGH and diminishes muscle mass while overheating the internal organs. This then causes a tremendous decrease in the body's production of Testosterone and HGH while causing a huge increase in release of the stress hormone Cortisol which actually will cause a rapid fat gain if left unchecked. Bottomline: The right exercise can enhance male hormones and the wrong kind will diminish it and the same is true for food and beverages and the levels of emotional stress one is subjected to each day.
