Your strength is amazing!
I've seen all the other videos too.
How do you train for your strength?
Best regards and success furthermore

I dont train anything specifically for them. I just practice the feats lol. After learning from Slim The Hammer on his DVD whatever feats you want to accomplish you work those feats.

Since rebar is inexpensive & comes in multiple lengths & thicknesses, it's a good choice for rookie to maven benders

Very nice job, Ben! This is the first of your videos that I've seen. Besides showing your strength, you come across in the video as just as nice a guy as your posts always show. :act-up:
About how long have you been working out on a consistent basis?
Besides doing the strength feats themselves, what type of exercise have you found the most helpful in building your strength?
Keep pumpin' out the strength feats, my friend!:highfive: It's inspiring to watch your video. I'll go back and look at your others.

I have not taken a day off training since Aug. 1st, 2005 so I workout 7 days a week. At least once a week i'll just do deep breathing exercises which still is a hell of a workout.
Isometrics is the key to my strength for the feats. CIC's/IPF's......The feats in themseles are the exercises I gt lol.

Hey Benny,
You recently said that you work out 7 days a week and "At least once a week i'll just do deep breathing exercises which still is a hell of a workout."
Can you briefly describe the deep breathing exercises that that you do for that type of workout?
Thanks,
Hank
