As mentioned in John's ISO book, I was wondering if any out there are using the method advocated by Dr Broino Kiveloff? It is a brief, motionless isometric contraction that I try to incorporate at different points during the day. At the train station, in an elevator, wherever.

Hey jack,
That is the method of isometric training that I use. I have found it gives very good results, when combined with high rep pushups

Rob;
I was wondering if anyone has seen results as far as lowering blood pressure due to this exercise. I do this throughout the day but haven't had a doctor visit recently. I'm interested to see what my BP is when i go. Thanks for your reply.
