Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to remind you all of the importance of deep breathing.
After my recent life saving operation, I was advised to take at least 10 deep breaths every hour so that my lungs would fully ventilate & not "stick" at the bottom of them.
Hope that you are all having a great day.
Take care,
Steve
Steve,
Great advice, thanks for the reminder. Hope you are feeling better.

Breathing is certainly something you should never take for granted. Deep breathing alone helped me get through a Final this morning on 70 minutes of sleep.

Hey Steve,
I agree with you my friend. Deep breathing is very important and works very well. To quote Farmer Burns "Deep Breathing Alone Has Made Many A Sick Man Well and Many A Weak Man Strong". All the best my friend and have a speedy recovery.

Hi Farrout,
I'm thinking of you often and wishing the best for you. It's great knowing you're still breathing.
Best of luck to you, my friend. We're all behind you.

Alan

Yep. Deep breathing does it for me as well. After my morning yoga routine I take up to 40 - 50 deep breaths as described in The Atlas Course and John's books. It is a great way to start off the day. We can go for fairly extended periods without food or water, but how long can one last without breathing?
Those Breatherian folks on the oher hand.........:giggle:
Have a speedy recovery, Farrout

I would like to thank you all for your thoughts & prayers, I really appreciate them. The positive, healing energy that they produce in my opinion is underrated.
My bodyweight is slowly increasing & I now tip the scales at 176lbs.
Take care my friends,
Steve

Deep Breathing is one of Nature's healers. The way you learn to breath can take stress away like it was never there. It is by far the bodies best inner builder. With combination with DVR/VRT exercises you can't go wrong.
