Hi,

I have just received the book "the Miracle 7". (Good book. I now understand better why I ALWAYS did my VRT workout in front of a mirror, intuitively.)

The book explains in details the 7 tiger moves, but what about the 7 other workouts - each composed of 7 exercises. Unless you workout all day long, it seems rather dificult to perform all of them. Do you have to select the exercises you want and add them to the tiger moves?

Focus you do not have to do each of the Seven Workouts each day. The Miracle 7 Tiger Execises can be done for six months to get you in shape. Once you are in good shape one way to work through the seven Workouts is do one workout daily each day for a week, but keep doing the pushups, situps and leg raises daily all through each week and all seven workouts. The Seven Workouts are a concise version of the Atlas Course. Or you can pick and choose which exercises to use, like the Atlas Perpetual Lesson.

1. Atlas Pushups (goal 100 & later 200) page 74 M7
2. Atlas Situps (100) page 128 M7
3. Atlas Full Range Leg Raises (100) page 130 M7
4. Altas Deep knee bends/ Balance Squats (100) : page 116 M7
5. Side bend/Trunk Circles: page 122 IPR Book
6. Atlas Sel-Resistance Bicep Curls: page 100 M7
7. Atlas Seld Resistance Neck exercises: page 92 M7
8. Calf Rasies on Toes (100 ) rise up on your toe's and down
