wow was i sick this weekend. i started a little high impact workout routine lately just to add a little spice to my workouts. on thursday i really felt tired well drained is more appropriate. i started feeling a litle sore. usually i notice i if im a little under theweather but this time i assumed it was the new routine, you know what they say about assuming, and i just lightened up a little. so friday it hit me real hard, i was at the college registering for more classes, yuk, and it was like a sucker punch. out of no where i wanted to lay on the floor and not move. so there was my weekend, friday, saturday, sunday almost all day sick as ive ever been. i startedfeling better sunday evening and by the ime i went to bed i was really looking forward to my monday workout.
so its monday i feel fresh and ready had a glass of lemon water stretched a little did rotations a few DVR's for warmup and dropped to the floor for my first set of pushups. man was i disapointed, my joints were tired muscled refused to comerate with my set goals. i finally admitted defeat after the third set of a depressingly low number of pushups.
so ill give it another day or two to fully recover from my bug of death, actually it was only a summer cold but wow, and then give it a go for gusto.

A couple of weeks ago I had a terrible summer cold. At the same time I got a case of food poisioning whch complicated the situtation and made it worse. I was really sick. I rested several days and then eased in with some light DVRs. It worked and I totally recovered and today feel great. I think regular exercise gives you the ability to quickly bounce back.

Few weeks ago I had a Summer Virus, felt horrible and rested, and when ill I fall back on a simple routine, the Commander Set of Isometrics and Dynaflex, that I've been doing forever and do not even have to think to do it. It works for me; if it is a cold, flu I make sure not to over burden myself, and if I am bad it is just the Commander Set.
