This was on Yahoo today and thought of the forum and that it'd make a good thread.
Regarding eating..it's been said, and I agree...by the best that you can comfortably afford to buy and eat....
but nice choices here. Again....you have to take responsibility...not only in excercise but in diet....especially in diet. Like Jack LaLanne says...'Moment on the lips..lifetime on the hips.."

Hi Rez,

Good options there. As I gear up for going back to school, I am having to think out eating strategies and plans. Every year I start off well, but then get into stress eating. This year it is going to be healthier from start to finish, even if it means not eating meals.

My standard breakfast is a protein drink, a piece of flatbread with some flax peanut butter on it, and some veggies. Sometimes I throw a dash of olive oil into the drink


Thing is, when I was lifting heavy doing Mentzer style training, I had to gorge myself to try to recover. These days I find that I feel better with a smaller, nutrient dense meal.

Today....yogurt...with blueberries ( 2 full..fresh hand fulls) with 2 TBs of beepollen added.

Great start to the day....
