Hey everybody. I just ordered Isometric power revolution. All the other books i have gotten of Johns i asked for as gifts so im not to sure where they ordered them from. So for those of you who have ordered from the site i was wondering how long they usually take to come in? I cant wait to get this book. Im hoping it comes soon.

Hey Tony,

I got your Pm where you where asking how long does Johns shipping take. Well the answer is usually a week or less. Well anyway good luck and I know you will really enjoy all of the information in IPR. All the best.

lol i got it now joe. My bad. Thanks for gettin back to me nathan and everyone else who responded. Thats quick shipping. I cannot wait to get it. I never could find a training method that i liked besides push ups. For some reason i didnt give DVRs a chance. I looked at the exercises and said, this isnt for me. Big mistake. I have been hooked ever since my first workout. I think ill like isometrics even more. And mixing the two should make for some fun workouts. Thanks again guys your good friends.

I think you'll like it Tony! And stay with it, like with DVRs it takes a little thinking to wrap your mind around. The "think into the muscle" thing isn't just marketing hype on John's part. The more you concentrate and use your mind to work with your muscles, the more you get out of the exercise!

Tony,

It’s a great book. Worth having and it makes a great present. You can use the information to create a routine or pick and chose exercises to add to a current routine. Don’t know which book you ordered but the spiral bound is what I prefer (I have both).

Like many here I have many books on isometrics, I even purchased the Mike Marvel Dynaflex course in the mid 60s, and in my opinion IPR is the most complete and easy to understand bar none. Let us know how you like it and how you use it.
