Much like Gold3agle, I am interested in getting bigger guns. I have been experimenting with the 7 tiger moves for a week and feel and see more tone already, not kidding. Has anybody experienced significant muscle growth with the DVR exercises? My current arm measurement is 13.5'' flexed (not pumped) at 6' 2'' 170 pounds. The biggest its ever been was 14 plus at a heavier bodyweight. Any tips on getting those arms jacked up would be appreciated. In addition, the only picture I have of myself is on my personal page. I'd like to put more pictures of my current condition on the site. The picture files where too large for the site. Is there a way to reduce the quality on a digital camera to reduce the file size so I can add an album?

Thank you,

Tim

Hey, listen you can just upload the pics, (whatever size they are) and the site will automatically reduce them to the limited size...

Hey, Tim.

I found that shooting the picture with the lowest resolution worked best for me. So, instead of using 10 Megapixels, I cut the resolution down to the lowest allowed by the camera. On my camera I have choices of 10M, 5M, 3M, 2M and 0.3M. I chose 0.3M and cropped the picture leaving out all the unnecessary background I could.

I have a FUJI Finepix s1000FD. But with it, there is a quality setting. And that's where I change the setting. Your manual for your particular camera should have the information you need. But look for the quality or the resolution option. That's where you should find the appropriate info you're looking for. The higher the megapixels, the greater the size in kilobytes of the picture. And since there's a 64k limit on posting, that eliminates most of the higher resolution pics.
