I have so many fitness books i ahve decided to start completely from scratch i own a copy of matt fureys combat conditioning so im goin to start with that and the miracle 7.
First night
Hindu squats max 32
hindu pushups max 11
reverse wall walks 2
plan is to increase wall walks by 1 every day and on the last rep hold the bottom postion for as long as i can.
