I have so many fitness books i ahve decided to start completely from scratch i own a copy of matt fureys combat conditioning so im goin to start with that and the miracle 7.

First night

Hindu squats max 32
hindu pushups max 11
reverse wall walks 2

plan is to increase wall walks by 1 every day and on the last rep hold the bottom postion for as long as i can.

My respect to you all .

hindu pushups 20 x 5 (over the day)
hindu squats 20 x 15 (over the day)
reverse wall walk 20 x 5 (over the day)

one rep increase per day hope it will work

Disaster, whilst playin a game of badminton which i thought was a gentle sport, one powerful overhead shot and i dislocated my shoulder for the forth time :(. I am devastated, long recovery ahead and no upper body exercises for 4 weeks :( the liederman chest press had become my bread and butter such a great feeling after three sets of those. Ah well back to the drawing board lol.
