Tom,
Looks like you've got a pretty good start. The pectorals and shoulders are coming out. The beard is pretty good as well. Facial hair is something I can't grow much of. Besides, LOL, mine would come out pretty gray! Snce you've got the beard though, take a page out of Van Diggelen's book.
As a teen his mother took him to see Sandow. The great man gave the lad a cable exerciser and a course to do. The weak and consumptive Van Diggelen couldn't move the cables, but he hit on the bright idea of flexing and relaxing his muscles in time with music. As well he saw in his mind's eye the pictures of Sandow that hung in his office. He focused on those pictures as he worked out.
The surprising thing is, Von Diggelen started to become strong and very well developed. Two years later Sandow couldn't believe the changes he'd wrought by simply tensing and flexing his muscles. But, I also must add, the visualization that Von Diggelen did also played an important part.
I am going a long way around to tell a story, but since you have the Reeves/Hercules beard, use that as your image of creativity as you work out.

Thanks for the kind reply! I like the idea of visualization. Years back I read the Maltz book, Psycocybernetics to enhance my trumpet playing, a week or so ago I found it in a box and it has great carryover into other venues. Visualization really can play a key role in many areas of development, physica, mental, emotional, etc. The main focus for musician in the book was to not let interference from the mind cloud the goal (ie, a great sound), this can also be applied as you suggested visualizing the goal of a healty vibrant body.
Thanks,
Tomman
