Great pic mate, you look in really good shape, and a testament to the effort you must be putting in.
BTW, I am a Swansea boy, and Ospreys fan!

Thanks for the comments, i am at the moment doing the 10,000 pushup challenge, it's challenging but a great workout.

I live i Pembrey just outside of Llanelli. I usually go to Swansea once every 3 - 4 weeks.

I was born in Morriston, and lived in Swansea until i was 5 then my folks moved. Most of my relatives still live in Swansea.

It's great to hear from someone who lives near you who is training the same way as you.

I hope your training is going good and all the best for the future.

Keith buddy,

You look great. Thick and strong. A lot of folks don't know that you've been a participant here for quite some time. These methods have certainly paid off in your overall conditioning and athletic abilities. You're low key, but I read your posts and see the things you're capable of.

Thank you for the comments, i have all of you to thank for pushing me in the right direction.

Greg, before i came across John and his methods i would never have dreamed of training exclusively with my bodyweight.

I hope to keep training and sending more pictures in the near future.

Firstly thanks for the comments and thanks for the 10,000 rep pushup challenge.

The workout as been a great asset to my training, and i have no doubt that it has helped me in my development.

Once this has finished i may do the pullup workout you mentioned. Any workout that is going to be an asset to my development i shall give it a go.

Maybe after each program i finish, i may send in my picture just to see if i have altered in any way.
