Hey Friends,
This morning I decided to do a little set of pull-ups. Well I usually do sets of ten but when I got to ten I still felt pretty good. So I decided to keep going well I ended up doing EIGHTEEN!! I couldn't believe it!
But It gets more and more amazing the more I think about it. Especially when I think how I couldn't do a single pull-up when I started on February 2nd and weighted 90 pounds. Now almost 11 months later I weigh 45 to 50 pounds more and am able to do 18!
But as for how I got here. I know precisely what got me past my little plateau of 15 pull-ups is all of the Isometrics I have been doing lately. The neat thing is that this is EXACTLY what John told me would happen. Now what I am wondering is that why in the world didn't I start doing the sooner!?!?
Anyway thank ya'll so much for taking the time to read this and All the best.

Hey Big Bear,
I'm with you brother. Our kid brother Nate is a big inspiration to all of us. And Nate, even though I'm thrilled for you and celebrate your TRANSFORMATION, I'd be lying if I said that I was surprised. Way to go my friend.

Carland1,
I used all of the Isometrics John has in his IPR book and still am. I didn't use any one Isometric specifically like said I used all of them. All the best.

Nate your progress has been nothing short of extraordinary. I hope you're documenting everything you've done. It will be of value when you go to write your book. How I went from 90lbs of skinny to 185lbs of stud. Young teenage boys will want to read your story. Great Job!!!
Nathan

Nate! Awesome to hear! Just the other day you told me on the phone how you were having trouble getting past 15. This is an incredible jump forward! You'll have 20 under your belt before you know it.
And I agree 100%, Isometrics really build killer strength!!

Hey Friends,
I could not agree more with what each of you has stated. This young man has done an extraordinary job. And to go from zero to eighteen Pull-Ups in less than eleven months is in the realm of dreams for those that do not understand tapping in to the Mind/Muscle connection. We are all very proud of our kid brother Nathan.

Nate,
Way to go bro. To do that in less then a year is just flat out I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E.........You have gained strength in ways most guys twice your size can't do in the time you have done it. I will say this not to embarrass you but to give a compliment from one strength athlete to another you are pound for pound one of the strongest guys here and many of you will agree with me. Its an honor to have you as a friend and a fellow follower in Transformetrics. At the age you are and the way you handle yourself I won't doubt for a second you will most likely be far stronger then I will ever be and I believe in you can do. One of these days when you come out and train with me I dont care what you say i'll give you something to bend and I will give you something I have bent for you to get an idea how it works. Way to go my friend, never give up what you want to do.
