Our imagination is the creative force within. With the use of VRT/DVR we can use this force to create resistance and build strength. Once we get the hang of it we can use it to influence all sorts of things in our lives and bend them to our desire. We have to remember though that this force is just as powerful if used negatively as it is when used positively. Recently I was reading about people in the military who fake illnesses over time in order to get medical discharges. The interesting thing is that once they are successful and get the discharge many of them find out that the symptoms that they faked have become real and permanent and stay with them even after they are released from the military and return to civilian life -it works both ways.

Gordon words of wisdom, there might well be a cure for illness here and a way to build a warrior body!

Very interesting fact.

I have heard of a doctor who helped patients cure from cancer through meditation. They had to visualize ill cells being replaced by healthy cells. This daily work managed (probably not in all cases, because you need strong faith in your action) to cure cancer.

When i workout VRT/DVR, I FEEL and I KNOW I am very powerful, strong, healthy and beautifully sculpted. Workout in front of a mirror helps this focus.

"Beyond Biofeedback" is the book that was authored by Elmer Green Ph.D. and
Alyce Green M.A. and documents the research on yogis at the Menninger Clinic. I thought you might find the following quote from that book interesting:

"This discussion on body consciousness would not be satisfactory without a discussion of the work of cancer specialist Dr. Carl Simonton and his wife Stephanie, of Fort Worth, Texas. They have been able to teach cancer patients how to use visualization to aid in recovery from cancer........Changing attitudes became one of their major tools in bringing recovery from cancer. The other major tool was visualization.
