Hey Friends,

This is a great question. As many of you know, until January 15, I'm focusing on ISO's and DVR/VRT performed twice each week HIT style. The reason I do the light tension stuff on the in between days while deep breathing is to Oxygenate the muscles that I have HIT so hard (pun intended) on the H.I.T. days. Believe me, H.I.T. style DVR/VRT is some of the most intense exercise you can possibly perform and it sharpens your mind with a laser like focus. In fact, no way could anyone even remotely perform this style of H.I.T. with out the mind be sharpened to the extreme. Same is true of ISO's. If someone can't focus and accept the high level discomfort that comes about as the result of true focused effort, they might as well forget it.

Now let me state, that when most men use Warrior Power T's for the first time, in most cases, they are literally performing their Push-Ups H.I.T. style. After they become adept at using the T's that's when the DVR/VRT style of H.I.T. can be used as you perform the reps Super S-L-O-W style. Trust me, that is super tough. And tonight when I get home I'm going to try a 'girl style' Push-Up on the Warrior Power T's.

John,

Hope that in one of your upcoming books you publish some HIT formulas / outlines. I did a paste copy of Royce’s program (thanks Royce) and have it in a file folder with lots of other info gathered from this site. I should (will) print it out and save it in a 3 ring binder because as we all know but sometimes forget computer files, folders and hard drives can and do fail from time to time. For those that don’t copy paste it would be nice to have in a book for reference.

Folks like me who struggle with getting HIT intensity without equipment, may want to create a balance challenge that forces them to get INTENSE or fall on their faces. T handles are 1 way to "put your feet to the fire"
