Someone sent me this unbelievable weight loss story yesterday, so I thought I would share...
Something weird was happening at my gym Joe...
Three weeks ago, there was this guy, Dave, who joined and looked
like he had about a good 100 lbs or so to lose.
I saw him again the next week and he looked like he was ALREADY
making amazing progress!
A week later he had lost so much weight, I thought he had fallen
asleep on the liposuction machine!
But by the end of the 3rd week, he had dropped the ENTIRE 100 lbs
and looked 20 years younger!
Of course I HAD to ask him his "secret", right?

Here's His Amazing "Success Story"...

Dave said that 3 weeks ago he called a company to order their
"5-day/10 pound" weight loss program.
The next day, there's a knock on the door and there stands before
him a voluptuous, athletic, 19 year old babe dressed in nothing but
a pair of running shoes and a sign around her neck.
She introduced herself as a representative of the weight loss
company.
The sign reads, 'If you can catch me, you can have me.'
Without a second thought, he took off after her. A few miles later
puffing and puffing, he finally gave up.
That same girl continued to show up for the next 4 days and the
same thing happened each time.
On the fifth day, he weighed himself and was amazed that he really
DID lose 10 lbs. as promised!

So OF COURSE He Called The Company Back!

This time, Dave decided to order their "5-day/20 pound" program.
The next day there's a knock at the door and there stands the most
stunning, beautiful, sexy woman he has ever seen in his life.
She's wearing nothing but a pair of running shoes and a sign around
her neck that reads, 'If you catch me you can have me'.
Well, Dave shot out the door but this girl was in excellent shape.
He did his best, but no such luck.
So for the next 4 days, the same routine happens with him gradually
getting in better and better shape.
On the 5th day he weighed himself and discovered that he had lost
another 20 lbs. as promised.
Dave decided to go for broke!
He called the company back to order the "7-day/50 pound" program.
"Are you sure?" asked the representative on the phone. "This is our
most rigorous program."
"Absolutely," said Dave, "I haven't felt this good in years!"
The next day there's a knock at Dave's door and when he opens it he
finds a HUGE muscular guy standing there wearing nothing but pink
running shoes and a sign around his neck that reads, "If I catch
you, you're MINE!"
Dave lost 63 pounds that week!
