Anyone have success doing this? I would like to complete my morning workout in under 45 minutes. I am thinking that I will do a set of push ups then a M7 set, or two, then back to the push ups.
Any feedback?:act-up:

YES! Use the M7 as deep breathing exercises between sets of Push-Ups and your results will be amplified beyond what you imagined. This is exactly how I use them between sets of Pull-Ups and Push-Ups OR high volume sets of Warrior Power T Push-Ups.

Hank,

Here’s a plan I’ve used in the past. Easy to make changes:

Monday – Wednesday - Friday

1. 5 to 10 Hindu or standard push ups
5 FULL RANGE PECTORAL CONTRACTIONS (Barrel Squeeze)

2. 5 to 10 Hindu or standard push ups
5 SHOULDER ROLLS (DELTOID CONTRACTIONS)

3. 5 to 10 Hindu or standard push ups
5 WRIST TWISTS (TRICEPS CONTRACTIONS)

4. 5 to 10 Hindu or standard push ups
5 MCSWEENEY HIGH REACH

5. 5 to 10 Hindu or standard push ups
5 ONE ARM CHINS

6. 5 to 10 Hindu or standard push ups
5 ABDOMINAL CONTRACTIONS

7. 5 to 10 Hindu or standard push ups
5 HALF KNEE BENDS

25 - 50 crunches

Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday

1. 5 to 10 Hindu squats
5 FULL RANGE PECTORAL CONTRACTIONS (Barrel Squeeze)

2. 5 to 10 Hindu squats
5 SHOULDER ROLLS (DELTOID CONTRACTIONS)

3. 5 to 10 Hindu squats
5 WRIST TWISTS (TRICEPS CONTRACTIONS

4. 5 to 10 Hindu squats
5 MCSWEENEY HIGH REACH

5. 5 to 10 Hindu squats
5 ONE ARM CHINS

6. 5 to 10 Hindu squats
5 ABDOMINAL CONTRACTIONS

7. 5 to 10 Hindu squats
5 HALF KNEE BENDS

M7 with squats & pushups with squats(nonstop supersets) are also worthy

Hi

I have been using Miracle Seven and several different push ups+the atlas sit ups with great result.
The key for me is to make variations ; several times i would use low reps with high tension and other day's i would do high reps with low tension and the same with my push ups and sit ups some day's i perform them at a higher speed other day's i perform them in slow motion.
But i can only say the results are amazing and far better then weight lifting etc!!

StingRay,

You got it! That's the routine I have been using for months. I warm up with M7. I follow that with sets of push-ups and I do single sets of M7 between the push-ups.

M7 and the focused breathing makes a great tonic.

All the best!

I have been doing 3 sets of 50 push ups and 6 vrt exercises that work my upper body. Press, pull down, bench, rows curls, tricep push downs. It takes twenty minutes or less and I feel amazing afterwards.

I just started this routine, so the results are not yet in. However, I am happy with the way things are going so far. I perform a high rep set of push-ups using the Warrior Power T's and then perform three cycles of the Miracle 7 routine as outlined in the book. Throughout the day I also perform sets of Power T pushups when I can.

Good luck with this pjmocarski. Just stay with it and the results will come.

Excellent idea! I'll try that tomorrow morning. Will have to watch out for over-training when I also practice the PYTP program in the evening though.

Hey Jan,

If you are worried about over training then just do this every other day or maybe just two time a week. Or do this one day and then your PYTP workout the next day and just keep doing this throughout the week. Anyway All the best.

Hi Nathan,

thanks for the advice :act-up: Since I have Tai chi class on Tuesday evenings and dancing class on Thursday evening, I 'only' practice PYTP on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. I can do the M7's together with push-ups and squats every morning though. But thanks again for the advice my friend.
