Thought i'd share another workout that I threw in from my head that you guys might like. Now this isn't an easy workout and the last time I did this workout took me approx. 12 min. without much of a break. This is a different version incorperating Powerflex, Transformetrics & VRT. Here you have it.....

Gorilla Flex 1: 40 Reps (level 3)

Gorilla Flex 2: 80 Reps (level 3)

Milo: 30 Reps

Bear 1: 30 Reps

VRT Curls: 20 Reps

Lion Flex: 20 Reps (Level 1)

Atlas Curls: 30 Reps

Cougar Flex 1: 30 Reps (Between Levels 1-2)

VRT Pulldowns: 20 Reps

Total: 300 Reps
