Too, Greg and Gary, I want to publickly tell both of you that I appreciate your character and low-key leadership on this forum. I am not ashamed to say that there are many facets of your character I try to emulate.

I have a feeling this new year will be more greatful in these areas in the forum and that new strengths and physiques will become more looked at and more viewable hen ever before. I plan on changing my physique but until that time we have work to do and its going to be fun. Happy New Year everybody.

Coming from you that’s quite a compliment. Truth is I’ve gained a lot from you Greg M and the others here. I don’t post much here but I do stop by and read the posts. I look forward to another year of great input and ideas from you, Greg, Benny and all the others here.
